My work and life experience has taught me that we are all unique and face challenges and opportunities. I am passionate about supporting the development of people to understand and leverage their strengths, passion and purpose.

 

My story

Midway through a successful career I was working and studying overseas when I encountered a curveball - a real wake up call – life is so short – am I doing what I really want to do ? and so  I reconnected with my passion for art and pottery. I completed my MBA with a thesis focusing on workplace motivation with millennials in Australia and have continued to lead people and support their development ever since.
